Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to orders placed through egrocify.
1. When refunds apply
- Order cancelled by egrocify or the store before dispatch
- Missing, incorrect, or damaged items reported promptly
- Failed digital payments charged without a fulfilled order
2. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds return to the original payment method when possible, or to your egrocify wallet.
3. How to request
Open the order in the app and use Help and Support with your order ID.
